iPalito builds AI-assisted software for restaurants, stores, and service teams, including the Commercia platform and related operational tools.

This policy explains how iPalito collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through our website, WhatsApp conversations, customer support, product demos, and connected business systems.

2. Information we collect

Contact and lead information, such as name, business name, phone number, email address, business segment, systems already used, and the topics you choose to discuss with us.

WhatsApp and messaging information, such as phone number, profile name when provided by WhatsApp, message content, timestamps, delivery status, attachments you send, and conversation metadata needed to answer you or route support requests.

Product and operational information, such as store, menu, order, catalog, billing, integration, support, error report, and feedback data when you use or evaluate iPalito products.

Technical information, such as IP address, browser, device type, logs, diagnostics, security events, and usage data needed to operate and protect our services.

3. How we use information

To respond to inquiries, run product demos, provide support, and continue conversations through WhatsApp or other channels chosen by you.

To operate, maintain, secure, and improve iPalito products, including Commercia and future platform modules.

To analyze feedback, reproduce reported errors, create support or engineering tickets, and improve product quality.

To manage billing, subscriptions, provider integrations, compliance obligations, and business records when a customer relationship exists.

To prevent abuse, protect our systems, enforce terms, and comply with applicable law.

4. WhatsApp communication

When you contact iPalito on WhatsApp, we may process your phone number, profile name, messages, attachments, and message status information through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

We use WhatsApp messages to answer questions, provide commercial information, follow up on demos, support iPalito clients, and collect feedback or error reports that may become internal support or development tickets.

Do not send sensitive payment card data, passwords, government documents, or unnecessary confidential information through WhatsApp.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate iPalito, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, payments, messaging providers, and customer support tools.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, audit logs, and least-privilege access practices.

No system is perfectly secure. We work to reduce risk and limit access to information to people and systems that need it for legitimate operational purposes.

You can stop WhatsApp communication by replying with a clear opt-out request, such as "stop" or "remover", or by contacting us by email.

iPalito products and business communication channels are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through our website or customer channels.
